These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sant Gift Boxes courier services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
By using our courier services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the shipment
- Package items securely and appropriately
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay all applicable charges for the services provided
2. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited and will not be accepted for shipment:
- Illegal substances or materials
- Hazardous or dangerous goods
- Perishable items requiring refrigeration
- Live animals
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals
- Any items prohibited by law
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Recipient may be required to provide identification for delivery
- Undeliverable packages may be returned to sender at additional cost
4. Liability
- Maximum liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the actual value of the contents or ₹5,000, whichever is less
- We are not liable for consequential damages or loss of profits
- Additional insurance may be purchased for valuable items
5. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of shipment unless credit terms have been established
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges
- Prices are subject to change without notice
6. Claims
- Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging and contents may be required for inspection
- Claims processing may take up to 30 days
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
